A bit about me:

I qualified in the year 2000 and haven't looked back. Craniosacral Therapy has brought me some dear friends and many happy clients. In over 2 decades of practice and experience, I have learned CST will always surprise me, there is always more to learn and there isn't much that can't be helped. I was lucky enough to experience the benefits of Craniosacral Therapy directly many years ago. After my son's severe asthma and my chronic migraines were both resolved, I was inspired to qualify myself in the hope of delivering the same care and healing to others. I now have many happy returning patients and even more that have been relieved of their reason to return. However, it's not a bad idea to maintain our bodies with a helping hand every now and then. I look forward to hearing from you.

What is C S T?

CranioSacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive method of working with the whole person. We allow the system to take the lead, enabling changes and releases throughout the body.  The therapist works with a light contact (often termed a butterfly touch) usually at the head, base of the spine or feet.  It’s thought that this gentle treatment allows the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system to be normalized, thus removing restrictions and enhancing the body’s incredible ability to heal. 

Each session lasts approximately 45-50 minutes. There is no necessity to undress as the comfort of the patient is something that enhances the responses of the system and the body in general.
